How soon can I get an appointment?

Generally we can get you an appointment on the same day you contact us, or at least during the next business day after you contact us. Early treatment means a speedier recovery. If we fail to do this, then you decide whether you want to pay us for the first appointment – no questions asked.

Will I Be Treated During My First Consultation?

Yes. After a very brief discussion your injury/pain, we will get straight into hands on treatment. We want to reduce your pain and resolve your injury as soon as possible.

How Long Does Treatment Take?

Treatments generally last around 30 minutes, however this depends on a person-by-person basis.

I Have Private Medical Insurance – Am I Covered With You?

Of course. We are recognised by all the major insurance companies. Just check your own policy for its terms and conditions.

What About Payment?

You must pay after each appointment, unless you have made other arrangements with our Patient Services team beforehand. You will get a receipts at the end of each session which can be used for tax or health insurance companies. Please check on the payment methods accepted in each clinic.

Who Can Avail Of The Medical Card Discount?

Those with a valid medical card may also avail of the medical card rate. You must present your medical or student card on the day of consultation in order to avail of the discount. Discounts cannot be awarded retrospectively.

What are your opening hours?

The opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 7.30pm. Appointments are available on Saturdays by request only.
